WINNIPEG — Cushman & Wakefield Global Hospitality has been exclusively retained by ownership to market for sale the historic Fort Garry Hotel, Spa and Conference Centre located in downtown Winnipeg. This full-service hotel is an iconic building within the city representing significant future potential via repositioning investment, global hotel brand affiliation and professional management.
Built in 1913, the Fort Garry is a 10-storey building with 240 guestrooms and three food and beverage outlets. There is also more than 33,000 square feet of meeting space, more than 16,000 square feet of spa space and a 7,000-plus square foot fitness centre.

The owners at Westlight Investments Limited Partnerships, Salim Mukadam of Westmont Hospitality Group, along with notable members of the community, including Ottawa Mayor Jim Watson were on hand to celebrate the grand opening.
