TORONTO — Hyatt currently has eight open hotels and 24 under development in Canada, including 14 Hyatt Place and seven Hyatt House properties. Hyatt is committed to mindful growth and expanding its brand footprint in markets that matter most to its guests. There is a focus on the Hyatt Place and Hyatt House, both select service brands, as they allow the company to open in markets where they previously did not have a hotel presence.

— Ontario: Hyatt House Mississauga-Airport Corporate Centre (109 guestrooms, 2022), Hyatt House Ontario Airport (121 guestrooms, 2022), Hyatt House Toronto/Mississauga Centre (115 guestrooms, 2023), Hyatt House Ottawa/ByWard Market (96 guestrooms, 2024) and Hyatt House Hamilton/McMaster University (144 guestrooms)

Other brands: These include Andaz Toronto-Yorkville (expected to open in 2021), Hyatt Centric Niagara Falls (expected to open in 2022 – introduction of Hyatt Centric brand to Canada!), Hyatt Regency Niagara Falls (expected to open in 2022)
