Altus appoints Qaiser Mian director of hospitality services

TORONTO — Commercial real estate consulting company Altus Group welcomes Qaiser Mian as director of hospitality services in the research, valuation and advisory division, it was announced in late August.

In his new role, Mian will be charged with expanding the hospitality valuation and advisory practice at Altus, focusing on delivering services to the Canadian hospitality sector. He is an accredited member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada and a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.

Mian comes to Altus with more than a decade of Canadian and international hospitality real estate experience in valuation, advisory, asset management, transaction advisory and due diligence support.
